A separate octagon shaped room within the bar has leather seating and beaded drapery creating a cozy space for intimate gatherings and private parties. A fun menu offers appetizer style small plates and large plates for dinner. bar8 serves daily from 3pm and offers happy hour from 4pm-6pm.

Jamboree Cafe

The Jamboree Cafe is an American walk up deli, serving breakfast (pastries and breakfast specialties) and lunch (serving a variety of salads and deli style sandwiches). Jamboree A La Cart features Starbuck's energizing espresso and coffee drinks. The Jamboree Cafe and Cart are located adjacent to the hotel at One Jamboree Center.

The Hyatt Regency Irvine offers Room Service from 6:00a.m. daily including breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks, featuring highlights from the 6ix Park Grill restaurant.
