Arrival
Guest is responsible for providing transportation from airport, train, or bus station to Lewis & Clark College. The
College does not operate or provide a shuttle for overnight guests. Free parking is available on campus for guests
who arrive by car. Transportation to the conference site will be provided by the Ecological Society.
Check-In
Guests must arrive by 11:00pm for check-in. Proceed to Visitor Information to check-in. Campus maps and
travel information are available online at: http://www.lclark.edu/GENERAL/MAPS/. At check-in each guest will
receive an exterior door access card and a room key. Guests will also be required to complete emergency
information card and make payment upon arrival. The College accepts cash (US currency only), travelers checks,
or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). There will be an additional $50 fee for any room key that is not returned
to Visitor Information upon departure.
