The hotel offers complimentary transfers, to and from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport.

With just 50 rooms, the Pokolodi Lodge is well known for its personal service, friendly staff, great rates, and flexibility. Each day, a complimentary continental breakfast is served in the cozy lobby around the warm, rock fireplace. All rooms are equipped with coffee makers, mini-refrigerators, hair dryers, iron/ironing boards, color cable television and telephones.

Lobby hours: The lobby at the Pokolodi Lodge is open from 7am to 11pm daily. After office hours an envelope with the guests last name will be outside the lobby front door. Envelope will contain a key to the guests' room and a copy of the property map with directions. There will also be a letter with helpful hotel hints and check-in procedures for the following morning. Emergency numbers are posted outside the Pokolodi Lodge lobby front door.
