Rich in history and tradition, the Columbia Club was founded in 1889 by a group of distinguished Indianapolis citizens who had promoted the candidacy of fellow Hoosier Benjamin Harrison as the 23rd President of the United States.
Located on the historic Monument Circle in the very heart of downtown Indianapolis, the present 10-story clubhouse was dedicated in 1925. In 1983, the building was named to the National Register of Historic Places in the United States. Through the years, the clubhouse has undergone extensive renovations to meet the present-day needs of its 2,700 members.
The Club's elegant decor is an inviting setting for members and their guests. Four dining rooms and lounges offer outstanding cuisine in both formal and informal environments. Other amenities include 97 well-appointed non-smoking guestrooms and suites; excellent smoke free private dining rooms and conference facilities, and a complete Fitness Center.
The club features fine dining and lounge, indoor pool and exersise room. Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis on Monument Circle, the Columbia Club is on the national registry of historical places. The club also honors reciprical club memberships.
DRESS CODE.
Business Attire: includes a coat and/or tie, slacks for men. Dress, suit, pantsuit or blazer for women. Casual Attire: includes collared sports, shirts, golf shirts, sweaters, slacks and dress shorts. Fitness Center: Clean and neat sports or workout attire, including a shirt. Swimwear is permitted in the Fitness center only when using the pool.
PLEASE NOTE: $10 of the room rate is dedicated to the Columbia Club's Capital Building Fund. Valet Parking is available at $22 per day
