Description
Two turn of the century hotels were painstakingly rebuilt
brick by time-honored brick, in the heart of San Diego's
historic Gaslamp District. Today, you can experience the
elegance of the Victorian era at the Horton Grand Hotel;
a superbly crafted re-creation of San Diego history and
Victorian architecture.
When it comes to fine dining, our restaurant Ida Bailey's
has won numerous local awards for classic American cuisine
and is famous for its sumptous Sunday brunch. An English
High tea is presented on Friday and Saturday afternoons.
Also on Fridays and Saturdays, we offer live entertainment in
the Palace Bar.
We're two blocks from the San Diego Convention Center
and shopping in the Horton Plaza, in the midst of the
restaurants and night clubs of the Gaslamp Quarter, and
only minutes from all of San Diego's major attractions.
