We are a traditional bed and breakfast inn located in the
heart of beautiful St. Petersburg's Old Northeast and the
arts and entertainment district, The QuARTer. We are just
two blocks from one of the loveliest natural harbors, the
Vinoy Basin and the Renaissance Vinoy Resort, Straub,
and Vinoy Parks - the perfect place to see the sunrise,
take a run, rollerblade, bike or walk.

Most of the bedding is hand-made by Pat Berry, our
assistant innkeeper, and all of the custom furniture
painting is done by Marva Simpson, an international-
shown artist-in-residence. We offer robes in your room,
the private Jacuzzi garden spa area for the Carriage
House, and the swimming pool/Jacuzzi area between
the two houses. The atmosphere you will enjoy is that
of friendly, American hospitality and conviviality with
great food, and lots of it, amenities, and quality
guaranteed. All in all, we try to make our home your
home and promise to do everything we can to see to it
that you get all of the attention (or inattention) you desire.
We also offer special services for those who are here
for medical treatment or on business. A conference
room is available for focus group meetings and catering
can be arranged. Our location is perfect for almost
anythingsports, dining, shopping, the beach, theatre,
museums, parks, getting to work, etc.
