Description
The Ambassador was built in 1928 and is a fine example of art deco architecture and design. Art deco was an artistic movement in the 1920's and 1930's that combined elements from various traditions. Hallmarks of art deco include the use of simplified geometric shapes, intense colors and designs that celebrate the rise of commerce, technology and speed. We have been careful to preserve the Ambassador¿s historic character while addressing the needs of the modern traveler with the best in guest services and amenities.
