Traditional residence style housing is perfect for travelers on a budget, teams, groups or visitors looking for an on-campus housing alternative. Rooms are single occupancy with bed linens, towels and shared bathrooms. Each room is furnished with an extra long (78 inch) single bed, a dresser, a built-in desk, a task chair, bookshelves, a small fridge and a closet. Each room is wired with high speed internet.
Ideal as a casual meeting space for groups or a place to relax with friends, every floor has a community lounge with TV, DVD player and microwave. Modern laundry facilities are located in each tower. The cafeteria is available and is a 5 minute walk from the dormitories. Indoor and outdoor recreational facilities are easily accessible on the beautiful Simon Fraser University campus.

In a quiet location on the west end of the campus the fifty-three level Townhouse Quad Units are ideal for families and smaller groups. Situated near athletic fields, a playground and an outdoor barbeque, the townhouses offer guests their own self-contained home away from home. Each unit has two full washrooms and a furnished living room. Kitchens are equipped with a toaster, a kettle, a stove, a fridge and a table for four. The townhouse units have four individually locking bedrooms, which each includes a single bed, a bookcase, a desk and a chair. Housekeeping service is included and modern laundry rooms for guests' use are located throughout the townhouse complex
