Coffee's Post

Coffee's Post, a specialty coffee store, is open from 6 am to 1 am daily and features an array of coffee products (we proudly brew Starbucks coffee), in addition to juices, bottled water, sodas, sandwiches, salads, pastries, fruits and other quick snacks.

Centennial Cafe

Our bright and charming caf? located in the Hyatt's atrium, features breakfast, lunch and for dinner - southwestern cuisine so authentic even the locals love it! Sample our hearty, healthy Cuisine Naturelle? selection or be tempted by our fabulous deserts. It's all delicious!
