The Hotels main dining room, offering a wide variety of local and international cuisine. Decorated in warm spicy hues of cinnamon, caramel and nutmeg, the Elements Bistro is perfect for a relaxing meal with business associates. Open 6:30 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

Lobby Lounge
The perfect place for a quick lunch, pre or post event cocktails or just to kick back and watch your favorite sporting event on the big screen. Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 1:00 am and Saturday 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Pool & Exercise Area
The Delta Bow Valley's Pool and Exercise Area provides a bright, open environment to continue your exercise program, even when you are on the road. The Exercise Area is accessible 24 hours a day offering state of the art exercise equipment and free weights. The Hotels indoor pool is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight with an adult swim from 10:00 p.m. to close. This area offers guests not only an indoor pool but also a whirlpool, sauna, change rooms with lockers, and large sun deck.

Children's Creative Centre
Children are very important guests at the Delta Bow Valley. That's why we offer a Children's Creative Centre on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Enjoy games, crafts, and fun in a supervised environment.
